Checking secure account access…
First owner setup, login repair & hosting requirements

01 / Verify the account service

Open the hosting readiness report or, for a brand-new empty installation, use the secure first-run setup. PHP, OpenSSL, a PDO database driver, private configuration, and the October 21 emergency PHP security release are mandatory. No username or password is transmitted by this check.

02 / Preserve and configure

In IONOS, keep the original DRUMOJO database and encryption.key. Create or repair your DRUMOJO_PRIVATE_DIR/config.php outside your public website. Use your actual MySQL host, database, username, password, and matching HTTPS public URL. Do not upload private files to public_html.

03 / Claim your owner identity

If no accounts exist, retrieve the private bootstrap-token.txt using IONOS private file access or the provided server-side commissioning utility. Enter that token in the setup form shown below. If accounts already exist but administrator status is missing, use the authenticated-password server CLI recovery procedure; never delete the user table to get another setup screen.

04 / Unlock management

Sign in with your owner account, enroll an authenticator and save recovery codes, then perform the second MFA verification. Your controls manage organizations, users, white-label branding, CMS, CRM requests, and Academy/LMS through the same protected member identity.

Google sign-in: optional until OAuth credentials and redirect are verified. Password sign-in does not require Google.
