From rehearsal to show

One production record should travel with the music.

Start with a real song and a real date

The song and its version belong in the existing Core production. Add the correct key, tempo, meter, notes, and any chart or arrangement changes. The Band Room rehearsal should refer to that record, not a detached copy.

Confirm the planned set and its order with the people responsible. Each person should be able to distinguish an approved chart from a draft.

Connect the people and equipment

Use Show Office for assignments and day-sheet details, Field for technical inspection, and Core for gear and custody information. Capture load-in and sound-check calls as real production records, not speculative schedules.

Tour and Finance support the travel and business context when authorized. A checklist is only meaningful when an actual person has verified its items.

Make the show readable at a glance

Stage Deck can display current and following songs, cues, and an estimated remaining duration. That is an operator aid; it is not a certified timecode or lighting transport.

Export the operator handoff, verify it against the venue and devices, and keep an offline backup. The ability to press Next must never silently mark an entire show completed.
