What does $9.99 include?
Individual membership covers DRUMOJO Core, Rhythm, Studio, Timecraft and Academy. An active paid entitlement is required to open the protected applications.
Are Tour and Enterprise also $9.99?
No. Tour and Enterprise are separately quoted based on crew, company, deployment and white-label requirements.
Can I access the application before paying?
The public product pages are available to everyone. The workstations and professional member application require verified membership.
Can I create an account without being charged?
Creating an account does not itself confirm a payment. Active membership is granted only when the billing integration confirms the subscription.
Where should I start?
Start with the division that matches your work. Core for productions and equipment, Rhythm for timing, Studio for music, Timecraft for method, Academy for education.
Can I use a song across divisions?
Supported links carry selected project/song context between parts of DRUMOJO. Not every legacy engine property automatically synchronizes across devices.
What is the difference between Timecraft and Academy?
Timecraft contains the educational method and original books. Academy manages learning pathways, practice assignments, learners, reflections and instructor evidence.
Does DRUMOJO automatically track physical gear with GPS?
No. QR records identify and help reconcile assets; they are not a GPS location system.
Can I print QR equipment labels?
The Field tools include QR and printable export workflows. Direct printer hardware compatibility depends on the actual device and driver path.
Where do my records live?
Some operational account records live in the configured server database. Some original Field/Rhythm/Studio features store data locally on the device. Check your active workflow and export before moving devices.
Is my organization isolated from others?
The configured application uses organization-scoped access controls for supported server records. Production deployment must be verified on your hosting environment.
Is DRUMOJO certified to a security standard?
No third-party security certification is claimed here. Production server configuration and independent testing are required for such claims.
Can I use it on my phone?
The website and many field workflows are responsive. MIDI/audio/device capabilities depend on browser support and should be tested with your actual gear.
Does it work without internet?
Supported field assets and locally stored records can be used offline after authorized loading and caching; live account features and billing cannot be assumed to work offline.
Is Spanish included?
The product includes bilingual interfaces in some areas. Complete parity across all legacy engines should be verified before an institutional rollout.
PRODUCT, RECORDING & POLICY QUESTIONS
Does DRUMOJO automatically separate vocals or drums from a finished track?
The existing Band Room practice mixer plays, aligns and mixes separate audio files provided by the musician. Automated source separation requires a separately validated service or model; it is not the same operation.
Can teachers offer a structured sequence of exercises?
Academy provides curriculum and progress structures, while Timecraft addresses listening and practice methods. Licensed third-party courses and instructor recordings are not bundled by reference alone.
How do I prepare for a show?
Use your actual Core production and song records, then connect rehearsals in Band Room, Stage Deck charts and cues, and authorized Show Office crew calls. Physical equipment, show timing and device control require acceptance on site.
Where can I find About, legal policies and accessibility information?
The public directory links About, Journal, Resources, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Accessibility, Contact, Socials and Sitemap. Legal texts remain explicitly marked for operator approval rather than claiming an unverified final contracting policy.
Are external music libraries and stem separation services included?
No external commercial media library, model or provider is represented as included unless it has a verified license and actual working integration. Research references describe product behavior and gaps.
Are promotional trials mandatory?
No. Standard enrollment is the published monthly subscription. Promotions, including any paid introductory offer, are optional and available only with an active, eligible, clearly disclosed campaign.
How are Business workspaces isolated?
Business includes five named members with their own logins. Tenant access is server-authorized. Custom branding does not create a separate deployment or convey DRUMOJO source-code ownership.
Which social media pages are official?
The Socials page does not list unverified external handles. You can share DRUMOJO pages through your own device and contact the company using the existing public inquiry route.
